On this special St. James Day, my thoughts and prayers go out to Denise and her family. It is so difficult to know that almost four months have gone by without any word of her. I can't imagine her family's pain.
Father: please return Denise Thiem to her family. Give them--and give us-- the peace and comfort of knowing of her fate, be it good or bad. Please make her location known. In Jesus' name, amen.
The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
I look every day to see if any progress has been made in finding Denise. I just can't bring myself to give up hope.
I look forward to the day when there is a huge announcement in the press or on this wonderful forum to say that she has been found and the mystery is solved at long last. Santiago de Compostela please guide Denise home to her loved ones.
I remember that Denise was missing before my sweetie and I left on Camino Portugues in early June. I began praying for Denise when we all learned that she was missing. She was still missing when we returned home in early July. I continued to pray for Denise. I lost track for a little while--had to travel for family business--and was hoping that today's stroll through the boards would reveal that Denise had been found, hopefully in good health.
I am still praying for her and her family, as I know many of us are. Santiago, ayudala! St. James, come to her aid!
