Rest Days

Hi All

Just wondering what are the best places for 'rest days' I was planning on at least 2 planned rest days at Burgos and Leon.

On my rest days I'd like to either have enough things to do in the city, or be able to do a side-trip of some sort.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Planning on starting at Saint Jean Pied de Port, in September 07.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
You could do a side trip to Santo Domigo de Silas from Burgos and spend a night there. I'm sure you know that it is the home of the monks of the Gregorian Chant fame.
From Leon you could do a side trip up to Oviedo and spend a night there.

Transport luggage-passengers.
From airports to SJPP
Luggage from SJPP to Roncevalles
