We are in a rest day in Logrono. We have visited Logrono before so no need to sightsee. We are struggling with tiredness but unable to get good sleep.
We have other rest days booked in Burgos Leon and Sarria.
Any tips in getting the most from these days when so far our experience has been simelar to jet lag.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

€83,-
You look like you are already done with your rest day in Logrono. I would have suggested something very "touristy" like boarding a tour to the wineries in the Rioja Valley with stops in Laguardia and Haro. You would be off of your feet and sort of mindlessly drifting from one tasting to another. Sarria would not be my pick for a rest day, Astorga is much better and there is a world class spa there.

We are meeting our daughter in Sarria hence the stop....great idea for the bus ride. We will think about something 'touresty' in our other stops.
Your right were nearly done resting in Logrono but shall visit Calle Laurel" for tapas before a sleep tonight.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.

Love the "touristy" rest day idea! I'm starting my Camino in a few weeks.

Rest when your body tells you it needs to rest. Don't go by the city or town, just listen to your body.
And to add to that, at least in my experience, it was counter-productive to "rest" in a place where there's a lot to see. I sometimes end up walking more in a day doing that than I do on the trail. I prefer quiet little villages for a rest day.

If you’re having trouble sleeping, you might pick up some melatonin in a farmacia. I would expect that it is available though I have always brought it from home.

Splurge on a hotel room if you can. Enjoy soaking in the bath, crisp bedding, big pillows, lazy mornings, tending to blisters, pack reorganising, supplies replenishing, studying your stamps, Spanish coffee (OMG I miss Spanish coffee), Rioja in Logrono, tapas in Leon and Pilgrim spotting.
