I am just wondering if it is possible to walk from Baamonde on the Del Norte route all the way to Sarria on the Frances route.

I have to meet some people there and don't want to get a bus if possible.

Anything is possible! There is no camino which connects Baamonde with Sarria but the distance would be less than 70 k walking via Vilapedre on D.P.1611. To see this suggested walking route use Google maps, search for Baamonde, then click Get directions, walking, and enter the term Sarria. Bingo the suggested walking route pops up as one of three possibilities.
