How long will it take to walk from Samos to Sarria have to catch train in Sarria??.

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
I am not the fasted guy in the world but my notes say it took me 8 hours from Triacastela to Sarria. Samos is a the mid point +/-.

Ideal pocket guides for during & after your Camino. Each weighs only 1.4 oz (40g)!
I just pulled up my fitness app. Walking from Triacastella to Sarria took me 5 hours and 50 minutes. And as someone else mentioned - Samos is roughly half way. Now mind you - I had been walking since SJPDP - so depending on where you started you may or may not be at the same fitness level. I also did not stop at any bars along the way. I did sit for a few minutes at a place overlooking Samos Monastery. But just a few minutes. I happened to have plenty of water and snacks that day so didn't need to stop and eat.

I've done this short bit probably four times, over the years, and love it passionately. Camino doesn't get any better than this! I'll be doing it again in six weeks, God willing.... Unless you're dreadfully worried about meeting that train, I'd give it 4 hours or so. "Your mileage may vary."

(BTW -- if you're not staying overnight at the memorable Samos monastery albergue, I'd appreciate a hostel recommendation.)

As far as the timeline of google-maps is correct, I walked 2:55h.
But I was not very fit that day and quite slow.

I would too. If you get one would you please PM me with it. Last year when I walked I got to Tricastle about Dec1. All the albergues in Samos were closed and didn't want to spend 40-50 Euros for a hotel.
