Stages from Ourense to Santiago

My wife and I are considering this route for 2016. We would like to stay in pensions, B&Bs, or hotels. Is this feasible? If so, can anyone recommend stages/stopping points (including specific lodgings, if known) along the way? Many thanks!

http://caminodesantiago.consumer.es/los-caminos-de-santiago/sanabres/ is the Eroski Camino Sanabres webpage. It's all in Spanish and they do it in 3 stages from Ourense with some rather big mileages but the useful thing is that the graphics are great showing all the elevations, all the little towns and which ones have shops and pharmacies and the albuergues. One of the more up to date sites around.
