Ohhh, it's getting closer!

I walked from SJPdP to Logrono in 2016 and from Logrono to Castrojeritz in 2017. Two totally different caminos as I was both physically and mentally at different places than I am now. And people I met where also different, but amazing in their own ways.

After the last one I said to myself that next time I needed to walk in to Santiago, the goodbyes without the closure, where too much. So, that is the plan for this camino. Leon to Santiago, if my legs will carry me. I am so looking forward to it. I think it is just what the doctor ordered. I feel apprehensive about joining in the middle of other peoples camino, but I am also ok with just doing my thing. I am not afraid of being alone (as I was the first time - one of my camino lessons).

I have three weeks and will see try to get to Santiago, and if I have time either walk or take a bus to the coast. My soul needs this :)

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
I am 2 and a half weeks from starting and I just can't wait... I am packed and ready :D The only reason why I dont want it to be tomorrow is that the sweater I plan on taking with me isn't ready jet... I have to knit the arms. I am just sooo ready after two years of delays and stressful work. This is just what I need. Turning of teams and un-syncing outlook. Can't wait!

Checked my pack and it is 5,9kg without water and I am so happy with that. I will probably through in a thing or two more inn... I know myself to well o_O;) My new pack is also amazing. I always thought that I liked the ventilated back best, but now having one without I love how well it lies against my back. It feels so good and secure.

My shoes are "pimped" and ready to go. Should be easy to distinguish them from the rest :-D Now I just need to wait 12 sleeps and off I go!
