The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Hola - I wouldn't assume that albergues will be open even when you cross to Spain. Often in November after the summer rush even all year round albergues may close for a few days so that hospitaleros can have some time off or essential works can be done. The Online Guide gives the e mail address of the local Tourist Office at each stage - if you e mail them with the question I am sure they will try to find out for you. In Portugal a good standby is the local firestation where they will provide shleter for pilgrims. Another Option would be to seek the advice of the people at the excellent Albergue in Rates who will be more familiar with the route in winter: http://www.alberguederates.com/01PT/P01ALB_PT.htm

Good luck and please let us all know how you get on. Any information you send about the route in winter could be incorporated in the Guide for use by future pilgrims.

Buen Camino

For example, in the Porriño's albergue you have to go to the Police Station to take the key. In Mos you have to go to the woman in the shop beside. Etcetera ...
