A detailed itinerary with stages and accommodations/contact details along the Sureste, starting from Benidorm. Joining the Sureste from Alicante in Caudete. I got the itinerary (in Spanish, but easy to understand) from another Camino pelgrim (not on this forum), he gave his permission to publish the list on this forum.

Are local buses / taxis available in Oder to shorten some of the stages ?

I really don't know. Have not walked the Sureste (yet). By the way the town Oder you mentioned, where is it located? I cannot find it on Google Maps. The townhall (ayuntamiento) websites of the cities may be useful to find specific information. Use the translate options (Chrome or Edge) to translate Spanish to English if required.

I’ll bet this is a typo and @musicman meant to say “in order to shorten….”

Gronze doesn’t include the Sureste (that surprised me) and Mundicamino does but with no real information.

The Amigos in Alicante have a posted list of albergues. I would look at their website,

@musicman, since this isn’t a very well-traveled route (but I don’t say that to discourage you), I think it will take more researching on your part. Start with this forum’s sub-forum on the Sureste, and I think you will get a pretty good idea about the route. There are several live reports as well as some standard question posts that contain a lot of good information. Buen camino!
