One of the differences I noticed between the Frances and the Portugues was the fragrance as one enters Galicia. On the Frances, you are walking through cattle country. On the Portgues, you are walking through wine country. Very different fragrances.

I miss the wonderful taste of oranges in Spain. Nothing else like them.
