There are four in my group and this year we will walk from Sahagun to Portomarin. We fly home from Santiago. Does anyone know what the best option is for us to get from Portomarin to Santiago?

Walking the next stage to Palas de Rei puts you at an intersection with the N-547 which is a major road about 60 km from Santiago. I am sure there are regular buses and with 4 in your party a taxi would not be outrageously expensive either.

Concello de Portomarin provides a schedule for buses to Lugo.

The bus company appears to be Empresa Portomarin - no website found but does have telephone number.

Monbus has a bus Portomarin to Lugo (not listed on the Portomarin page)

I can't find where Empresa Portomarin office is in Lugo. You may need to find transport from the bus stop to the Lugo bus station for the bus to Santiago.

Empresa Freire provides frequent service from Lugo to Santiago and stops at Santiago Airport enroute.
