Transport into Sarria from towns along camino

I am doing more of a highlights Camino for about 2 weeks and some of it with my sons. Starting 8 th May in SSJP and doing at least to Pamplona with my son then I need to be in Sarria by 15th to join my other son so just wondering how I can use the 4 days between Pamplona and Sarria and what transport options I may have. I downloaded Omio app but it doesn’t have some of the info I need. I am new to this forum and it is my first Camino and I would be very grateful for any info you may have that is current.😊. Thank you in advance.
