Planning to walk in August but have heard of record temperatures - will it be too hot? I burn very easily.
Thanks!

Hi, Tinky

Last year august was very hot, it's normal in Spain.

But in Galicia even on summer is possible bad weather. But usually it's quite hot.

Buen Camino,

Tinky - just got back from walking the Ingles. It was hot most days and some of the route has no shade...so plenty of high factor sunscreen and carry lots of water...but the etapas are reasonable and the walking is good. To compensate there are extremely beautiful and cool stretches through woods. Let me know if you want any further updates.
