Week long route

Hello, my parents would really like to walk part of the Way of St James, but are limited by work constraints and available time. They therefore only have a week to walk part of the route. They have done lots of research and have spoken to as many people as possible here in South Africa who have done the part/all of the route (there are many!), but are still unsure as to which section is best. They are reasonably fit but I should imagine would like to walk no more than 10-20km per day. They would rather stay away from the bigger cities and would prefer the country side. They are concerned, however, about the lack of public transport to the chosen starting and from the end point if they are not in bigger cities. I would really appreciate it if anyone could suggest a week long route of around 100km in the country side, that will I am sure be very scenic. Kind regards and many thanks in advance, Mike

Hola

Week long pilgrimages on a part of a routes might be - on the Via de la Plata from Ourense, the Camino Portuguese from Valenca/Tui, the Camino Frances from Sarria or thereabouts.

In one week they could walk a complete route either - The Camino Ingles from Ferrol or the Route from Muxia - FInisterre - Santiago.

All of the starting points are accessible - the ease of this depends on where they are arriving.

Best wishes

John
