Hi. Planning to walk in May and hoping to be able to get a credential in San Sebastian from where I plan to commence El Norte.

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.

The La Sirena Youth Hostel has them. It’s at the other end of town, a nice albergue, right at the foot of the steps you need to climb to get on the Camino.

....or I could ask the La Sirena/Ondarreta albergue in San Sebastian and get told the following.... :)

"Sorry, this is not possible anymore.

Nowadays you have to head to the office of the Arzobispado de Donostia (5 Zabaleta street, in Gros district), to the cathedral or to any of of the churches of the Old Town (Santa María or San Vicente).

(It used to be free).
