Thinking about doing the walk is already a start - all you need now is to set the dates !!!!! It does not matter which way you choose, according to my opinion, it is the pilgrimage experience which counts.
After setting your dates - go through this website and you will find all sort of information. Last year i had no idea where to start from but then i got hooked to this site!!!!! You can ask anything which is related to the Camino on this site and you will find loads of answers and opinions the next day ....
Hi Lor and welcome to the Forum
As others have mentioned there is this forum to research but also the rest of the CSJ site. Depending where you are living there may also be a local association able to help you and there is also the possibilty of starting somewhere in France - depends how much time you have.
Enjoy your planning, you're on the way already
