Xunta to spend €60 million in runup to next Holy Year

The amount to be spent on the various routes in Galicia rises even faster than the no of pilgrims. At a press conference yesterday to unveil the Xacobeo's new logo (see xacobeo.es if you have the patience to wait for the Flash graphic to unroll), the Xunta announced it would spend €60 million over the next 4 years, on the heritage buildings and on defining an official route for all 8 of the officially recognised routes in Galicia.
