Hello , my spouse and I are walking the Camino Frances from the end of April to the end of May . Where can we get a covid test in Santiago to return to the United States?
Thanks for any advice,
Gradypup
I had to have a test in Santiago. Paid 100 Euros. That was gouging. The best is to book a test at the airport. It will cost you about 40 Euros.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

€83,-
We are bringing our own covid tests for return to the US. We are bringing two tests each. You can order them via eMed.com and keep the test sealed in their packaging. When you get ready to leave Spain or anywhere actually-- you use your phone to log onto their website and a live person walks you through the test -- and observes you taking the test, obtains your result and then sends you your results within 15 min to show on your phone at the airport. My hubby just returned to the US from Austria-- it was a breeze. And also, all covid tests are reimbursable my most insurance companies. I submitted the receipt to BCBS on a special form them have just for covid test reimbursement! Sure beats trying to get an appt and finding a place!

Were they PCR tests? The required ones for Canada.

I found this place (with help from someone on the forum). I had the test done on March 31st, on my way to the train station:

Revimedic

email: revimedic@hotmail.com

The antigen test cost 30 euros and the address is: SANTO DOMINGO DE LA CALZADA, 6 2C

It's not too far from the cathedral, maybe a 10 minute walk. They got me in the next morning, first thing, all communication done through this email address. They were punctual and efficient and the test and the results were all done within about 15 minutes.
