English clarification of Covid restrictions and self testing

Hi, I don't know how all of you are dealing with the various Covid restrictions in your countries, nor how the testing processes are going, but here is an English clarification - explaining our restrictions so they are easy to understand and also how to self test.

I think that when I do get to go back on Camino I shall keep doing the self testing, especially in the evenings ;)
