El Camino de Santiago
Hi. I'm in Paris heading to SJPP tomorrow afternoon to commence Camino on Tuesday. Still need to buy a poncho for myself and husband. Does anyone know if they can be bought anywhere in Paris? If not, where in SJPP? Thanks

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
Don't worry, there is a very good shop in SJPP on the opposite side of the same street on which you will find the Pilgrim Office. The man who owns it is very helpful.
Buen Camino!

Ideal pocket guides for during & after your Camino. Each weighs only 1.4 oz (40g)!
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
You can order it online if you are confident as to sizing.
The shop owner owner will hold it for you to collect on arrival.
See the website kindly posted by mspath for details.
Regards
Gerard

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
After email discussion about products and sizes with the shop owner prior to starting the Camino, I opted for a Ferrino and never regretted it. It was waiting for me when I arrived in SJPdP. The owner also made a point of advising against attempting the Napoleon route, affirming what I had been told in the Pilgrim Office. Nice person to do business with and he works such long hours!
