Beautiful video Camino del Norte/Primitivo focusing on history/culture

Came across this video… it’s about 45min long, so I watched it over a few days… in Spanish with Spanish subtitle - which I find pitched at the right level for possibly my somewhat intermediate level of Spanish. The narration was slow paced, even most of the locals who were interviewed spoke slowly!

Now I know there are plenty of videos made of the Camino with beautiful drone photography etc. What I like about this video is their focus on the various historical monuments, churches, monasteries, sanctuaries… they interviewed local entrepreneurs (I have missed some, damn! Maybe I should go back? 🐶)… maybe if they have added some actual footage of the yummy foods…

They included the detour to Covadonga - I wanted to do this after seeing all the Covadonga/Don Pelayo souvenirs in Oviedo. Now that I have seen this video, wow! The place looks amazing!

And also the detour after Lugo to Santa Eulalia de Boveda! Again, highly recommended!

Ideal pocket guides for during & after your Camino. Each weighs only 1.4 oz (40g)!
Asturias is amazing! I spent two happy weeks hiking there in October 2022. The 10 year anniversary of my Camino in Sep/Oct 2012. Picos de Europa and the coast will take your breath away!
Fantastic! I loved it

Excellent. I loved it. Thank you

Thanks -- this was lovely. And there are 3 others in the same series. I am enjoying the one about the Portuguese route now -- though it has no subtitles.
