I suppose the good old standby Brierley guidebook would fit that bill, or that other one called a "A Village to Village guide".....
If you are really worried about weight of the guidebook, simply tear out the pages as you progress down the Camino. A lot of pilgrims do that.
Check out Camino de Santiago by Sergi Ramos. It is much more about the sites, towns and history than about the distances, directions, lodgings and such. Nice compliment to Brierley.
