LIVE from the Camino Cheapest transport from Santiago to Paris for 2 people

Title says it all. We will be traveling back to Paris at the end of September to board our flight home to Australia.
Any insights into the best (and cheapest) way to do this would be very welcome.

Iberia have flights from Vigo to Paris Orly via Madrid which can often be very cheap. At the moment kayak.com is showing fares around 60 euro at the end of September. Vigo is easy and cheap to reach from Santiago.

With Vueling ( daughtercompany of Iberia ) from SdC to Paris also 60 € but the direct flight is only at 7 pm.
