Disappointment

My wife and I recently completed the section, Astorga to Sarria. We were very dissapointed to see that some ****hole from Wales
felt the need to take both a Black and a White spray paint + a Black marker to deface lots of road and information surfaces with " Cymru am Byth". surely this is not in the spirit of the Camino.

Graffiti is one of the less pleasant aspects of the Caminos these days. And in my opinion that includes the many "inspirational" messages as well as the more overtly repellent scrawl. I saw some of the "Cymru am byth" tags in January too. As a long-time resident in Wales I found them particularly irritating and I am sure that most of my neighbours would feel the same.
