Electrolytes, Lemons and fresh Veg!

Hi guys! I start my Camino Frances on Sept 12th and I've got 50 days to finish it...buzzing with excitement!

I'm curious about what I might be able to buy along the way?

I'm taking Pink Himalayan Salt with me and I want fresh lemons to make an electrolyte drink. It's Spain right? Lemons must be readily available?

Also tomatoes and Advocados?

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
They should be readily available. What is the recipe please?

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
Just be aware that many of the villages along the Camino are tiny. If they have a store it might have limited produce. It could also be easy to miss; some are just in the front room of an ordinary house. Also that nothing is open between 1 and 5pm. So it is wise to be opportunistic - stop and shop if you pass an open store rather than assume you will find another.

Beer is full of electrolytes....

I can testify to the medicinal benefits of beer. I have no doubt it's what got me through to Santiago. Walking my Camino in August, the thirst-quenching thoughts during the hot day of a glass (or 5) of ice cold Estrella at the end of the day was just as motivating as the actual drinking of it!

Hey, and don't discount the pleasantly sedative benefits of the hops for helping a pilgrim get a good night's rest.
