I don't really do many reviews on clothing as I have changed options on all my Caminos but I am compelled to recommend the almost perfect shirt for my last walk.
I just recently finished the Camino Norte and was extremely happy with the shirts that I brought.

Dickies D-LL606 L/S Performance Shop Polo

Its long sleeved with a collar (good for dinner at a
restaurant or mass). The material is wicking and the sleeves can be rolled up easily. I was really impressed that it would dry wrinkle free hanging inside at night in a couple of hours. It also did not shrink when left in the incredibly hot Spanish laundromat dryer by accident. I bought two black in color and alternated between them for the entire 46 days of the Norte. When I got home I washed them and they still look new.

I never bought anything by Dickies but now I'm a fan

Good to know! Good shirts are a hard to find item. And those driers! good grief they're super hot!

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

I do use those as Tabletennis-Shirts in shortsleeve ("Polo-Shirt").
They last minimum 8 years now and still look great. Wash, dry, use. Those shirts are dryer-save.
