Golite gone for good?

Someone recently mentioned Golite backpacks and that reminded me I wanted to see if they had got more stock in, since last time I checked they were really low and there were rumours they had gone to the wall ... Well, now there is a thankyou note of sorts on the main site www.golite.com and a maintenance message on the European site www.golite.ch. Is it true? Has Golite gone for good? No more Jams and ultralight ponchos?

It seems that the GoLite is going through bankruptcy, but the owner hopes to revive the brand at a future date.
