How to contact someone by pm?

I have used this before, but have completely forgotten and cannot find the solution!
HELP!

TAP the forum name of the person you wish to contact and then hit the link Start a Conversation which will pop up.

Or click on the envelope icon at top right (beside the bell icon) and type in member name you want to PM.

Hover your mouse over the username of the person you would like to PM... (or tap the username if you are on the mobile).


...then just click the "Start Conversation" button.
