Ideas for two weeks on a winter Camino

I would welcome ideas for a Camino taking advantage of weather better than in the UK and less numbers in the walk. I spend more time if it fits better.

Hi Stu. I'm flying from Stansted on Tuesday to Biarritz for a start at SJPDP on Wednesday. The weather looks very Temperate from the Pyrenees onwards.

The Camino Frances is certainly an option, but for a bit of warm weather I would look also at the Via de la Plata, starting from Sevilla. Buen Camino, SY

We did the first week of the Levante over New Year's, lovely t-shirt weather and days of orange groves, but you have to plan for hotel stays only and speak Spanish.

Thanks for your advice, after my first experience five y ago in the main Camino I decided to stay only in pensions or hotels, I cannot sleep with other people snoring around me.
I speak Spanish so it's easier for me.
