Hi all, so this might seem rather random. I was wondering if coconut oil is available along the Camino?

It would be in the larger supermarkets - certainly it should be available in Pamplona, Logroño, Burgos, León, Astorga, Sarría. You might have difficulty finding it in the village shops.

Transport luggage-passengers.
From airports to SJPP
Luggage from SJPP to Roncevalles
Just imagine you are walking through towns and sometimes cities without the knowledge of the locals. Even if someone knows where you can get it in a city doesn't mean you can get there easily (without a car). I am from a tropical city and coconut milk, candy and drink are easy to get everywhere here. Coconut oil or coconut itself, one really has to be in the right place.

Consume what is available wherever you are, should be enough choices already. Save the coconut oil back home or buy as much as you can where you land (Madrid or Barcelona).

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

€83,-
I would not count on it, even in larger towns, except maybe in health food stores, but those are rare. Paleo is not a thing along the Camino.

Could not beleive that in an Aldi just outside of the Porto down town core I could not find lentils!

Looking for sage in the herb sections of a supermarket was a complete waste of time.
Then I realised that the stuff is in abundance at the side of the road.
I recommend Duckhams 20/50 if you can't get coconut oil.
;)
