local buses on stages between sarria and ponferrada

i may need to get public transport on some of the stages between ponferrada and sarria, i looked on google maps and did not see buses between stages (e.g. between ponferrada and vega de valcarce) are there local buses on stages between ponferrada and sarria? if so, how do i find the schedule? thanks

Many don't know this, and I didn't either until my last night in Santiago when I needed a very early taxi the next morning to get to the airport, but you can now schedule a taxi through booking.com.

Train service is easy from Ponferrada to Sarria. Look into that.
