I am a few days away from Santiago and I need to buy salt tablets and aquaphor there. Any ideas?

I don’t know about salt tablets, but aquaphor is easy to buy in most pharmacies — many of the pharmacists recommend it for blister care.

Salt tablets, or electrolytes? If just salt, there is usually plenty available at bars or restaurants. When I'm walking I add it in quantity to my meal at the end of the day - rather a luxury as we don't use salt at all at home.
If you need rehydration (electrolytes) salts they are readily available at the pharmacy in powder or fizzy tablets. Or you could try sports drinks (but check they really do contain electrolytes, and they are not just soft drink in a fancy container).

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
I can’t help with salt tablets but electrolyte replacement / rehydration products are available at most pharmacies. Dioralyte is a well known brand.

For rehydration, in addition to water, I also had freshly squeezed orange juice instead of expensive brand-name sports drinks along the Camino.

Thank you all for your replies. I do want electrolytes not just salt and it’s nice to know Santiago pharmacies may have some products. I have checked a few pharmacies along the way with no luck.

The 9th edition the Lightfoot Guide will let you complete the journey your way.
