Meseta in mid June or Camino Ingles?

Hi all, I'm trying to decide whether to walk the Meseta between Burgos & Leon this June or to do the Camino Ingles instead.
I walked the Frances in April/May 2017 although I skipped the Meseta due to blisters. I'm keen to do this section, although I'm concerned about the likelihood of high temperatures. I prefer cooler weather for walking and I imagine the Ingles might be a bit cooler in mid June.
What do others think?

I have walked the meseta section of the Frances in June, July, August and in September. I noticed no noticeable temperature difference than the rest of the Frances. Certainly not warmer to the degree of avoiding it.
It is not a desert. It is rolling hills and fields of agriculture. No sand dunes. No cactus. No Lawrence of Arabia.

Yes, it does not have the same amount of trees and forested areas as the rest of the Frances, but I never found that to be an issue because I wore a good hat that provided sun protection and I hydrated copiously. Most of my breaks when I walk are in the towns, so I suppose that is another reason why less shade trees makes a difference to me.
Actually my hottest and most difficult days staying hydrated was when I walked the Frances in July a few years ago and on the stretches between Roncesvalles and Zubiri and the next day from Zubiri to Pamplona. It was very warm and sunny and I just couldn't drink enough water it seems.

Consider taking a (hands-free) trekking umbrella. Keeps all of your upper body in the shade, as opposed to a hat. (And is useful on rainy days, too!) I use one by Euroschirm, but there are other models out there.
