Museo de Arte Sacro: research help needed

If anyone is in Compostela and makes a trip to see the museum at the Monastery of San Paio de Antealtares (it's only a buck or two), pretty please would you see if the original altar is still on display and if so: 1/ Is there a translation of the inscription? and 2/ Does it have a "lip"? This would make it look a bit like a tea tray!
