Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

Thank you we finally managed to order a taxi and have been safely delivered. A bad case of gastric flu and need to rest with a private room and bathroom

Just had a couple of days of something similar on the way to Finisterre. No fun - but you will feel better soon.

Sure it’s flu? we know several people who seemed to have a case of food poisoning a couple of days ago in that area. We weren’t able to identify anything they had in common but it has use wondering. Some people took taxi, some added zero day, and one robust guy pushed through to Burgos on foot.

Thank you for all your support.we have missed a couple of days on the camino but rest and rehydration will get me back on my feet.
It could be food poisoning ? But not sure ive never felt so ill. We know have a private bathroom which is so helpful after last nights shared facilities
