I would like to buy some permethrin to spray on my Sleeping Bag/ Liner.
I have previously bought LifeSystems https://tinyurl.com/2frfrty8 which as I did not get bitten by mosquitoes, maybe worked, but it is expensive.
I have seen this https://tinyurl.com/yc7aba7f which is cheaper by volume.
Has anyone any comments on these or have any other suggestions please.
As said in subject line I am UK based,

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

€46,-

I actually just got one of these - it arrived in 2 days from Amazon. I've given my backpack a thorough spray, and it's now drying outside. No obvious problems. The bottle has a screw cap, and comes with a spray nozzle that you switch to for using it, then you can screw cap it properly for storage - useful, because I can't imagine I'll need it again for another year.

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.

As we have no hold luggage, I’m having to leave my much appreciated walking poles at home! Can I get walking poles in Sarria (our start point) or should I pick them up in Madrid? I know Madrid...
Is there anywhere in Santiago that I can donate a backpack, poncho, coolmax sleep liner, Finisterre guide book and an unused credential? I would like someone else to have use of them if possible - ta!
