The most inexpensive way is the bus from airport to the city centre.
Taxi was some years ago a fixed price of 23 €. Might be more expensive now.

Monbus has a daily bus from SdC to Sarria.

There's a bus-stop right outside the arrivals area of the airport for buses that go into SdC. The cost was €3 in 2019. There's a ticket machine, or you can probably get tickets in the arrivals area.
