Sarria to Santiago bike hire

Hi, my husband and I are looking to bike/ walk the Camino from Sarria, Spain. We wanted to hire a bike from Sarria and ride approx 80km the first day, staying the night in local accommodation. Organizing somehow to leave our bikes with a shop... and continue the remainder on foot into Santiago. We are both reasonable fit and the bike distance would not be an issue. In our ignorance we don’t know if we can do this or not?
Can anyone advise us if there is a bike store in Sarria that would rent bikes to a drop off point? ( so we can continue on foot the next day into Santiago)
Also does anyone know if a company can drop off your bags to each point as well?
We are aware you must be 100km from Santiago walking and 200km from Santiago for a bike to receive a stamp at Santiago but how does this work if we mix it up?
We have a time frame of two days. Leaving early from Sarria, staying the night 80 km or so down the track and up early walking the remainder into Santiago the next day. We would then relax and stay in Santiago for a night as well.
Can anyone advise us if this is achievable?

First a questions , do you want a Compostela ? When the answer is yes you have to know the following .
The requirements are , 200km. By bike and 100km. on foot ( and you need two stamps a day in your Credential )

I walked the CF from St Jean to SDC last April/May. By the time I reached Sarria there were so many pilgrims along the way that it was difficult to navigate around them all on foot, let alone cycle around them. I cannot imagine how you stay on the original way and cycle this section.

Thanks for the reply. We aren’t too worried about getting the Compostela, we are aware of the distances required for both walking and riding but was wondering if we can mix it up?? If so can we still get a Compostela?? Also can we rent a bike and drop it off along the way, walking the remainder of the way? Luggage transfer was another issue, does anyone know if people have organised their luggage to be dropped off at their accomodation each night?

I don’t think you can mix it up . The rule is clear about it , walk the last 100km. or bike the last 200km. .
