Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, I will be arriving past their limited daily schedules. Taxis are very expensive. I'm wondering if I could take the Metro instead then walk or take a cab from the station. Would anybody know?

Metro, airport to train station Campanhã, and train to Valença do Minho.

Autna bus to Valenca leaves airport OPO 2145.

The train to Valenca leaves Estacion Campahna 2015.

If you can't make these timings your option is to stay Oporto overnight.
