Do I need to bring a sleeping sheet and pillow case on the Le Puy camino or do most places provide sheets?

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
Sheets are rarely provided in gîtes, although they can often be rented for the night for 2 or 3€. Pillows and cases are provided. Blankets usually are, but not always.

Do I need to bring a sleeping sheet and pillow case on the Le Puy camino or do most places provide sheets?
If you’re camping of course bring a sleeping bag. But if you’re staying in gites then a sleeping sac will be fine. Everywhere I stayed had warm blankets and pillows but most did not have sheets. Enjoy the hike!

I walked in May and was very happy to have both a very small down sleeping bag and a sleep sac. Some places were chilly!

I walked October to December with a sleep sac and agree with comments above. If you walk in chilly temps, off-season, or get cold easily, be aware that some gites may not have heat, or may not turn it up very high. When there was no heat, I used the blankets provided and slept in my coat because I could wear it while walking without having to carry the excess bulk of a sleeping bag

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.
