Hello Carolina! I don't think there are any "must take" answers, but there are many varying opinions, that's for sure. Many people love sleep sacks and silk liners, especially for summer Caminos, but I have no knowlege of them. I have always enjoyed taking my lightweight, cheap (China made), Naturehike brand sleeping bag on my 3 spring Caminos and will be taking it again when I go this June on the LePuy route.

I found that time of year a silk, or synthetic, silk type liner was enough.

I guess it depends on whether you feel the cold or not, but I found a silk liner sufficient in June. On the 2 nights when it wasn't I wore all my clothes to bed too. I found it can go from really hot to really cold quite quickly too. But I've been lucky and the cold was only a few days each time.
Depending on where you stay you can get bedding - hostels and casa rural accommodation give you bedding, but in albergues you have to be self sufficient.

I carried a ' Snowflake ' Macpac sleeping bag the entire way from SJPdP to Finisterre , fortunately it weighs less than 450gms . I only used it twice and could easily not have . If you feel a little cool sleep in socks and some of your next day's clothes .
