Hi guys
Last night I won a voucher to purchase a pair of Brooks runners / trail shoes. My first thought was "What brand are these?" and after doing a good search online, these seem to be well recommended.
On my numerous Caminos, I have always chosen Colombia, North Face, Soloman shoes, however I'm tempted to use this voucher for my upcoming Camino in September.
Are there any Brooks trail shoes that you would recommend?
Just to note I will be using an x-line insole as I have a high instep :)
Cheers!
David

Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

€60,-
I have a pair of Brooks Beast regular running shoes. They are very sturdy and well made and I put a lot of miles in them, so I can definitely recommend the brand. Never had the trail runners, though and they do have a website. The men's Cascadia looks good to me.

I ordered the Altra Olympus 2.0 and Hoka mafate 4.0 to try, memorial day sale. Currently leaning towards the Altra as it has Vibram outsole and a gusset compare to mafate. Both are trail runners. If you can get the brooks for free why not go with that, Are you walking in dry conditions?

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Brooks. Casscadia if you have a neutral gait. Brooks Adrennaline Trail if you need more arch support. It comes in GTX.....so waterproof. I fit shoes for a living.
