No need to go all the way back to Logroño. As @falcon269 says, there are direct buses from Burgos to Bilbao (trains too), so just head there.

You can take Autobuses Amaya from Castrojerez to Burgos in the morning or to Fromista in the afternoon.

You can take ALSA bus from Burgos to Bilbao.

You can take Autobuses Jiminez from Burgos to Logrono.

You can take Renfe train from Fromista to Palencia and onward to Bilbao.

You can take Renfe train from Fromista to Santander and FEVE train from Santander to Bilbao.

The bus company Amaya has buses to Burgos, one per day, leaving Castrojeriz at 07.30. The bus stop is at a bus shelter down the hill on the main road and I am sure a hospitalero will tell you the exact location. There are plenty of transport connections from Burgos to Bilbao or Logrono
