Travelling with a partner/// different routes???

Has anyone gone with a partner and started on two different camino routes?? I am interested to find out if anyone has travelled with someone and done two different routes, meeting up in Santiago? I am travelling with my hubby next year June. I am playing around with the idea that we both take different routes and meet up in Santiago and then travel together to Finisterre and Muxia? Any thoughts, fellow peregrinos??? I'd love to hear from anyone!

I can highly recommend that strategy! That way you each follow your OWN camino!

You could start different routes that are or join the Camino Frances so you walk some time apart and some together. You'll have both shared and different experiences that way. Buen Camino!

Often when I walk "with" my brother, we are several days apart, or on different routes. It works great. A text message at the end of the day lets the other person know one's location.
