€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
How is that Egret? Can you provide more details for us that are thousands of miles away and live and breathe with what happens on a daily basis in the Square? Just a bit of what you noticed or did not notice that you expected. Thank you and Buen Camino!!

Wednesday was 25th July. The main feast day of Santiago. Probably the most important day of the year for the city. Were you there for the light show and fireworks? (Edit: my mistake - those were the previous evening :) ) The procession of the giant figures? Just the huge crowds gathering in the main public space of the city?

I finished the Portugese Costal on Wednesday. Weird in the Plaza. Protesters and such. Did the King of Spain come out of the Church? I saw a group of celebs come out. The vibe was a little strange so I moved on. Oh I was on a TV channel that night, sitting against a pillar.

I followed the giant figures in. Then some celebs came out of the Church. They had security. Some protesters we're quite loud about something. It gave me a headache. I decided to get out of town that afternoon. I may have missed a great mass.

Sounds like you missed a great festival and Mass. Wish that I could have been there but I will get my turn this September...
