Just starting to prepare for what will be the greatest life experience of my life (potential)other (than the birth of my 2 children) I have left myself no time agenda to finish this pilgrimage. I intend on doing this with my partner and stay at hostels along most of the way however I would like to live it up at a least 1 town /city/village along the way where would be a place of interest if one was to stay a couple of days

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
Great places, in my opinion, for some extra days are: Logrono (Calle Laurel with tapas, yummy), Astorga and Leon. If you tell us a bit more what exactly you are looking for we can make better suggestions. Just one tip: Give the pilgrims hostel (refugios) a chance, if you don't like them, you can always switch to a hotel, but the community feeling in the pilgrims hostels is something that you should try. Buen Camino! SY

Transport luggage-passengers.
From airports to SJPP
Luggage from SJPP to Roncevalles
basically we will be using pilgrim hostels for our journey was wanting something in the middle of the trip just to kick back and relax take in some of the sites and sleep in a bigger bed. This will be my partner and I's first time away from our mother land so want to get the best out of it

3rd Edition. More content, training & pack guides avoid common mistakes, bed bugs etc
I know this may be not quite in the spirit of the original pilgrims looking for a bit of luxury but there looks like there is some very sites to see that will be missed if we walk every day

Stop in Burgos and take a side trip to Santo Domingo de Silos to hear the monks sing vespers.

Pamplona, Burgos and Leon were all stops on my Camino (in fact exactly one year ago tonight we were in Pamplona) and all were superb. I could see all would have been worth a longer visit. I would agree with the comments above and remember, its your Camino: enjoy. :)

I second Burgos. Wonderful food and amazing sites. We also decided on a break from hostels in Burgos and using laterooms.com got a great deal in a smart city centre hotel.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.
