Zen Garden before Lorca

Walked by he 'Zen' garden today. Piles of trash on the path, bins overflowing, nobody in sight, no stamp, no food / water for pilgrims. It looked abandoned and if so, it has left a very ugly mess behind. Kind of like 'Pave paradise, put up a parking lot' style of 'zen'.

Anyone know what happened or whether the state it's currently in is only temporary?

Zen garden? Where exactly is/was this?
About 2-3 kms after Cirauki and a few kms before Lorca. It was a very nice place a few years ago, and a couple of years before that it was also nice nature before it was created and yes, it was 'zen'' when it was being taken care of well.

Just wondering what happened and whether the person / people responsible for it's creation will either revitalize it from the sorry state it is currently in (piles of trash, overflowing and randomized bins, broken postcard box, disused pilgrim table, broken garden seats, abandoned feel etc), or return to clear up all the mess.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

It was a welcome stop in 2019 when we walked, but was looking pretty shabby when we passed by last year. What a shame.
