Bunk Bed Yoga

Time of past OR future Camino
Too many to count!
To all my fellow pilgrims who suffer from shin splints, plantar fasciitis and just tight hamstrings and other muscles (think backpack pulling on the shoulders), I have written this article to show you how to stay loose and healthy on your Camino! I am a Certified Yoga Teacher, and Registered Nurse, so I guarantee that if you faithfully practice several of these bed yoga poses, almost every day, you will remain injury free. Here is just one of them, below, the "Eye of the Needle," which will open and stretch your pounding piriformis muscle deep in your hips. Please see my full article, to see how easy it is to do yoga every evening in your bed. No need for a yoga mat! Here's to your health! Ultreia!
