Old Portomarin

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Weird. I'm seeing Spain in the title but pictures of the western US.

When the link loads click the arrow to the left several times to see old Portomarin and a short description.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

Has anyone been on the bridge into Portomarin and been able to see the old town due to low water level?

I walked over the old bridge into Portomarin on my last Camino in 2014.

There's a little more to see when you're down there than is evident from NavyBlue's photos, so that you get a bit more sense of the old town's layout and port area etc, but you can mostly get the gist of it from looking down from the upper bridge level, as I saw on an earlier Camino when the water level was mere inches above the old bridge level. The best thing down there is the river itself and how beautiful it is when it's not being a reservoir instead.
