    How many signposted connections routes are there?

    Does anyone know how many signposted connection routes there are between coastal and central Camino Portugués? I know of the one between Vila do Conde and Rates. I know it is possible to make connection routesin Google maps, but I am interested in the ones marked with yellow arrows.
